About Sway
Some people build brands. We unlock them.
There is a particular kind of frustration that comes with being deeply accomplished and largely unknown. You have earned your authority — the scars, the results, the relationships — but somewhere between the boardroom and the public conversation, your story got lost.
That gap — between who an executive truly is and how the world sees them — is the most expensive gap in business. It is the only thing we think about.

Our vision
An Africa where the most accomplished leaders are also the most visible ones.
Our mission
To excavate the real brand in every executive we work with — and give it a voice that opens doors.
Our promise
We will never produce content we don’t believe in — or advice we wouldn’t follow ourselves.
Our core values
We live by one word. IDEAS.
Every decision we make — about who we work with, how we work, and what we produce — is governed by these five principles.

The founding story
Why Sway Exists
We have spent the better part of a decade helping people unlock what is already inside them. Books they had been meaning to write for years, finally written. Programs they could picture but not articulate, finally built. Visions locked in someone’s head for a decade, finally in the world where they belong.
That work taught me something I have never been able to shake: the most brilliant people are often the worst at speaking about themselves. Not because they lack the words — but because nobody ever helped them find the right ones.
“The gap between who an executive truly is and how the world sees them is one of the most expensive gaps in business.”
When I looked at West Africa’s executive landscape, I saw the same pattern everywhere. Extraordinary leaders. Invisible brands. Board seats going to whoever had the most visible name. Investors backing founders they had heard of. Talent choosing leaders they could find online.
Sway started because your expertise does not speak for itself. Someone has to speak for it — with precision, authenticity, and strategic intelligence. That is exactly what Sway is for.
1. The work before Sway
Years spent helping founders birth visions they had been carrying alone — books never written, programs that existed only in someone’s mind, stories that deserved to be heard far beyond a single room. That work is the DNA of Sway.
2. The pattern recognised
The same gap, in every sector, in every city across West Africa. Accomplished executives with no digital presence. Brilliant founders invisible beyond their immediate circle. Decades of insight reaching nobody. Opportunity, quietly haemorrhaging.
3. The firm built
Sway is boutique by design. Small enough to be genuinely invested in each client. Rigorous enough to deliver work that moves the needle. Creative enough to find the angle that makes a leader impossible to ignore.
How we work
Three principles that govern everything we do
We excavate,
we don’t fabricate.
Strategy before
content. Always.
Discreet
by design.
What we believe
Visibility is not vanity. It is strategy.
The executives who shape industries, attract exceptional talent, and command the rooms that matter are not always the most qualified. They are almost always the most visible. Sway exists to close the gap between the two.
