Every engagement with Sway is bespoke. We don’t do packages off a shelf. We work with a small number of clients at any one time — by design. Every relationship is structured around what the executive actually needs, not what is easiest to sell.

The flagship engagement

1:1 advisory with the executive. Monthly retainer. Minimum three-month commitment.

This is our highest-touch engagement. We work directly with you — and only you — over a retainer period to build a personal brand that reflects the leader you have become and creates the opportunities you are ready for.

We begin with a deep brand discovery — a structured conversation that goes further than most executives have gone in thinking about their own story. From there, we build your positioning framework, overhaul your digital presence, craft your messaging, and create a strategic roadmap for the next 90 days.

In between monthly sessions, we are available for strategic input, feedback, and direction as your brand unfolds. This is not content creation. This is executive brand architecture.

A 20-minute call — no pitch, no deck. We ask questions. We listen. We understand where you are and what you need. If it’s not the right fit, we will tell you honestly and point you in the right direction.

If there is a fit, we’ll put together a proposal tailored specifically to your situation — the engagement structure, the scope, and what we believe will move the needle for you in particular.
